| Cerebrus Consultants was set up in 1995 to offer consultancy services in Human Resources.
Founded by Anita Ramachandran, we are today a firm of 40+ consultants with offices in Mumbai (our headquarters) Bangalore, Chennai, Delhi and Pune. Our focus is consulting services in the area of Human Resources. Clients from across industries include both Indian companies and multinationals in various stages of evolution, from start-ups to large established institutions. In addition to the Indian market, we have also been providing services to clients in nearby countries, particularly Sri Lanka and Bangladesh. Many of our consultants, who comprise a committed and versatile team of professionals, bring a background in finance to their work as HR professionals. We have found that this has given us a special ability to bring a business perspective to people issues.
